With the H0 sound model of the InRail Vectron electric locomotive, PIKO is fulfilling the wishes of PIKO fans who, both as plant operators and collectors, have decided on models based on the latest railway technology. With the Vectron, PIKO supplies a high-precision model that has numerous extras based on a solid zinc die-cast frame and equipped with tried and tested PIKO standards. The tried and tested PIKO motor ensures excellent running properties with two large flywheels. The tractive power of the locomotive, which is driven by all four axles, is increased by two traction tires, which sit on the axles running inside both bogies in a diagonal arrangement to one another. The head and tail lamps are illuminated by LEDs, the red or white of which changes with the direction of travel.
